Once again it’s time for our Annual General Meeting. It is important that as many of you as possible come along, to have your say in the running of the Club, to elect new members of the Committee, and to let the Committee know what you want. Plus it’s a great chance to socialise and catch up with everyone’s news of the summer.

The Minutes of last year’s AGM, can be found in the August/September Grapevine, please read at your leisure before the meeting, we can then adopt them “as read”. The full Agenda is also published in the August/September Grapevine so please be sure to bring your Grapevine with you to the meeting.

If you cannot come to the meeting, please complete the proxy form to be found in the Grapevine and send it to Susan Van Looy.

Time: 10.30 am for coffee, AGM starts at 11 am.

Everyone who has attended the AGM is welcome to stay for a glass of wine or soft drink to mark the start our new club year.

Lunch at 12.30

For those who wish to stay, there will be a lunch at the Theater Hotel. Please make sure to reserve and pay the sum of €18 for the lunch in advance.

To register for the lunch: contact SusanVan Looy by Wednesday, August 30, indicating your choice of main course. Then transfer €18 to the ABIW account.
