The CHS provides professional counselling services to the English-speaking community in Belgium.
It deals with a wide range of problems: children's learning difficulties, parenting problems, drug and alcohol addiction, depression, acute distress,
behavioural change, marital and family difficulties.
The HELP LINE is a 24-hour crisis and information telephone service, staffed by volunteers who are trained and supervised by the professional members of the CHS staff.

Free phone calls: Belgacom offer a "Happy Time International" calling plan
where, for a one-time set-up fee of €5, you can call one country of
your choice for free after 17:00 and at weekends. Calls to your
selected country at other times cost €1, irrespective of duration.
See their web site for more details.
Dutch, French and English.
Another alternative to Belgacom offering cheaper calls and ADSL
connection. At the moment, only their corporate section is in English,
otherwise Dutch and French.
Skype is not Belgian, of course, but if you have a broadband
connection you should certainly consider installing it. It will save
you heaps of money - or allow you to chat longer!
The site has been recently updated to include
excellent pages in English. Those of you with a Belgacom account can
