Tea Tasting

	A record number of participants from the club turned up for the Tea Tasting at the Kasteel Calesberg in Schoten. The kasteel is the office of SIPEF.
	There were so many of us that the group was split into 2. Whilst one half did a tour of the castle, the other did the tea tasting. Left: Dev, who demonstrated the tea tasting and François Van Hoydonck who guided us around the castle.

	Samples of different grades and types were laid out for us to see and we were given an informational leaflet.

	Dev's young assisstant gave us a demonstration of how the tasting is done and afterwards we were allowed to try for ourselves. The young man was kept busy with lots of questions.

	Dev also showed us some rather strange things the Chinese did with their tea.
