| This was our very first Tea in the Garden.
At the start the ladies seemed quite happy to stand and just drink tea! There was just so much to talk about! |

We eventually sat down and there was just far too much to cake. Thanks everyone who brought something. |

And it was really lip-licking stuff! Someone had even brought a tradition Battenburg over from England. |

Sashi provided us with some Indian savouries which went
down a treat.
We also had home-made tiny traditional scones with cream and jam. |

We all had a great afternoon and ate far too much. Food for thought! In the end, lots of us took huge "doggie bags" home for our husbands. I'm sure we'll be doing this again.
