Summer Lunch 2010

Although it was a rather dreary, cold afternoon, this did not dampen our spirits during the annual summer luncheon at the Rivierenhof in Deurne. We kept warm with lots of laughter and frivolity, enjoying each other’s company. Right: The committee still checking things.
	The afternoon began with hors d’oeuvres and champagne.




Following our appetizers, we were summoned to dine. More wine awaited us. And more laughter. We found our seats and by the level of the chatter, it was a safe bet that all were having a good time. Then we waited… and waited…

The second course was followed by our traditional raffle in aid of Sister Isabella's children's home.


	Lots of smiling faces, though you may not always get what you want!

	And some people didn't win!
But our oldest member can still enjoy herself!
